Each PO shall ensure that

1. all activities supported by this Agreement and carried on outside the United States shall comply with the laws, rules, regulations, and orders of the country(ies) in which the activities are conducted and are coordinated as necessary with the appropriate local governmental authorities; and

2. all required licenses, permits, or approvals required for such activities (including, but not limited to, U.S. Government export control licenses) are obtained in a timely manner and maintained thereafter

CRDF assumes no responsibility for such compliance and coordination
