POs may not engage consultants under this agreement unless specifically authorized in the Approved Budget or Award Summary. For projects that include consultants in the approved proposal, CRDF may, at its discretion, elect to contract directly with consultants on behalf of the recipient POs. The expenses paid by CRDF to such consultants will be charged against the award.
