Payments to authorized Secondary Collaborators (as identified in the Award Summary) will be paid in accordance with guidelines for payments to foreign recipients outlined in Articles 103.1-103.5 of this Agreement. All requests for payment to or on behalf of a Secondary Collaborator must be approved by the FPO prior to submission to CRDF. The FPO is responsible for ensuring that Secondary Collaborators comply with the provisions of this Agreement and with CRDF policies and procedures relating to the use of Project Resources including all applicable reporting requirements.
