We have requested and received a six-month no-cost extension to the term of our award. Since the final report will not be due until after the extension period is complete do we have to wait six months to receive our final IFS payments or can we receive p

In accordance with the terms of the Project Agreement, the final payment will be withheld until the project work is completed and final report submitted.  However, in certain circumstances, CRDF may authorize a partial disbursement (not to exceed 50% of the total remaining amount) of the final IFS payment prior to the expiration of the no-cost extension period.  Such requests should be directed to the responsible CRDF Award Administration Representative and are subject to review and approval.  CRDF reserves the right to decline any such request with or without cause, in its sole and absolute discretion.
