Do the provisions of the Fly America Act apply to my project?
FOR GAP PROJECTS:
Please check your Project Agreement regarding applicability of the Fly America Act provisions to your project-related travel. If you still have questions, please contact the responsible project manager.
FOR BRHE PROJECTS:
The provisions of the Fly America Act do not apply to BRHE projects.
FOR ALL REMAINING PROJECTS:
Unless otherwise stipulated in your Project Agreement, all air transportation under your project is subject to the provisions of the Fly America Act. If you have questions, please contact the responsible project manager.
