Is it allowed, as the project is in progress, to modify the technical content according to the intermediate project results? Can we also change the schedule of payments?
Yes, it is within the Sponsor's discretion to modify (adapt) the technical content and schedule of payments in accordance with the project progress and results, provided that the project scope and nature are not rendered substantially different from the ones presented in the original application and approved by the authorities in the respective Eurasian country. The Sponsor Organization is responsible for the technical work management and oversight of the project.
