Are there any limits on the amounts to be paid to recipients under GAP?

CRDF is not involved in setting payment rates for GAP project participants. It is within the Sponsor's discretion to determine the payment rates under the specific project. There are no set limits on the amounts to be paid to foreign recipients for GAP projects, however, CRDF reserves the right to review and refuse any requested transaction that in its judgment is inconsistent with the nature of the project as it has been represented to CRDF, that violates or may potentially violate any U.S. or host country regulation or law, or that would violate CRDF's internal control procedures.
