Can CRDF advance funds on behalf of a Sponsor and then bill the Sponsor to be reimbursed?
Under no circumstances will CRDF make payment on behalf of a Sponsor without sufficient Sponsor funds on account at CRDF to cover the project expenses plus all applicable fees.
