The annual TechConnect Summit in Anaheim, CA is one of the largest multi sector gatherings of technology ventures, industrial partners, and investors in the world. It is a major event in the U.S. that focuses on all groups related to technology research, development and commercialization. The purpose of the Summit "is to bring together the world's leading technology transfer offices, companies, and investment firms to locate promising technologies and early stage companies from across the globe."
CRDF will provide Travel Grants to winners of the CRDF's Business Plan Competitions conducted in Kazan, Russia (April 2009) and Ekaterinburg, Russia (April 2010) to showcase their technologies at TechConnect Summit on June 21-24,2010.
CRDF will also be hosting a booth to introduce companies' market-ready technologies to the potential investors/partners. The booth will be located at #547 (in a center aisle of expo area). Irina Mitchell (Program Manager, CIBI) and John Bradner (Project Manager, GOPSS) will travel to Anaheim to represent CRDF and assist grantees with relationship building activities.
